Fire Extinguisher
Cost: $150 (Note) | Course Length: 4 hours | Min/Max # Students: 6/12
Main teaching points for this compulsory training program include:
- Fire theory
- Types of Extinguishers and Agents
- Principles of fire extinguisher use
- Review of first aid for burns and smoke inhalation injuries
- Practical exercise using controlled fire
Each student will operate use one 5 lb ABC fire extinguisher on a live, controlled fire during the practical phase of training.
Additional units are available for skill reinforcement training at an additional charge.
