Arctic Response provide training in Emergency Operations Centres (EOC) that build on the principles of the Incident Command System.

Training details the pre-planning necessary for rapid and effective implementation of an EOC, the roles and responsibilities of EOC members and systems necessary for sustained EOC operations.

Critical to this training is an understanding of the clients’ emergency response and business continuity plans as well as realistically available resources. Exercise and rehearsal of these plans is central to EOC training. Development or refinement of the clients plans through training is a key outcome of this training.
